Returns:

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return you item must be in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.

You must also provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and immediately notify you of  the status of your refund.  If your refund is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipment processing time:  All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Thehuemanchessgame.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after

shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages:

Thehuemanchessgame.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.  Merchandise that has been  used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
